Troubleshooting

 

To watch a movie, do the following:

 

01.  Go to any of the pages on this site that have a movie such as The Difference

02.  Allow the movie to load until the movie frame has a background picture with

       picture icon and/or text

03.  Click on the picture icon or the text in the window frame

03.  The movie should begin to play (depending on how much memory your computer

       has, there may be a period of buffering before the movie starts)

04.   If the movie does not play or you get an error message or the movie repeatedly

       restarts itself go to the     Troubleshooting Security and Troubleshooting the

       Photodex Presenter sections below

Troubleshooting Security:

01.  Click on Tools in your internet browser menu bar

02.  Click on Internet Options

03.  Click on the Security tab

04.  Lower the Security Level for this zone slide to Medium-low or the next lower

       security level from where it is currently set

       (NOTE: If you are using Windows Vista, you will need to temporarily turn off a

       feature called Enable Protected Mode under the Security tab)

05.  Click on Apply

06.  Click on the Advanced tab

07.  Scroll down to the Multimedia section

08.  Make sure Play videos in web pages is checked

09.  Click Apply and then OK

10.  Exit your internet browser

11.  Restart your internet browser

12.  Go to www.foto-motions.com and try to load a movie again

Troubleshooting the Photodex Presenter

01.  Download the presenter at http://www.photodex.com/files/presenter/pxsetup.exe

02.  Save it to your Desktop

03.  Launch pxsetup.exe from your Desktop

04.  Complete the installation

05.  Exit your internet browser

06.  Restart your internet browser

07.  Go to www.foto-motions.com and try to load a movie again
